Please refer to the Size Chart and Conversion Table for the most updated sizes between US, UK and EU size systems. 2. Do you have a color chart and fabric swatches? Please refer to the Color Chart and Fabric Swatches Pages. 3. Can I order a dress in a color other than the ones that are shown? YES, most of our dresses have more than 10 colors you can choose from. You will find many color selections when you are on the dress detail pages. 4. Can I purchase a dress with longer or shorter length? YES, we can make your dress from your shoulder to any hem measurement you prefer. The standard length of our dresses is for a person whose height is around 5’5” (165cm). An extra fee of $15 USD applies for a change in length from the standard. 5. What sizes do you offer? We offer Standard Dress sizes from 0 to 32. Please check our Size Chart. 6. What if my measurements do not match any standard size in your chart? Most of our customers use our Made-to-Measure service. We will make your dress to your exact measurements for a $30 USD additional fee. Or you can choose a larger Standard Dress size and make your own alterations. 7. Can you make a dress to fit any measurements? YES, please see the explanation of Made-to-Measure in the answer to the next question. 8. What is Made-to-Measure and how can I order a Made-to-Measure dress? Made-to-Measure is a special service we offer our online customers. Made-to-Measure creates your dress based upon your individual measurements, please see our custom measurement Size Chart and fill in the blanks. We will deliver your new dress, custom made to fit just you, in two to three weeks. Also, please go to our Measuring Tips page, you may find it helpful. 9. Does it take longer to receive Made-to-Measure dresses than Standard Size dresses? No, with both options it takes approximately two to three weeks to receive your new dress. 10. Do your sizes run larger or smaller? It is very important to MEASURE CAREFULLY for Made-to-Measure. Also be sure to USE THE SIZE CHARTS for Standard Size dresses before you order. 11. Do you use US, UK or European sizes? How do I convert them? We use US sizes, however, US and UK and US and European sizes are convertible. Order online at PromDressUniverse.com: When you order from our website, simply choose a dress, color, size, etc. and “Add to Cart”. Double check your selections and proceed to “Check Out” and follow the instructions from there. Make sure you provide the correct credit card, shipping, e-mail (very important), phone number. PromDressUniverse.com protects your private information. We will never give or sell you data to any other person or company. Submitting your order online is Secure and Safe with PromDressUniverse.com. Order by FAX: Please go to our Contact Us page and request that we send you a Fax-Mail Order Form. Next fill it out and FAX it to (916) 791-1861. Order by Phone: Please call us at (916) 202-4282 from within the US. Please have all of your ordering information and a credit card ready when you call. Our customer service is available from 9 am to 5 pm Pacific Standard Time. 2. Will I receive an order confirmation? Yes you should. We will contact you regarding your order status and any questions about your order by e-mail. It is very important the e-mail address you give us when on you order is correct and working. Please check your e-mail often, as we may have questions and/or updates for you. 4. Can I cancel or make a change to my order? You must contact us within 48 hours from the time you place your order for cancelation or change requests. We do not promise we will honor your requests, however, we will do our best to help you. 5. What do I need to know about ordering bridesmaids dresses? We advise you to order all of your bridesmaid's dresses at one time. This way we can do our best to see they are all manufactured from the same roll of fabric. Color consistency is critical, therefore, if you order one or more dresses in separate orders, please tell us that you are adding more bridesmaid dresses to your original order and we will try to use the original roll of fabric for the additional dresses. Also ordering several dresses at one time will save money on your shipping charges. 6. How can I check my order status? Please go to the Check Order Status page and then put your order number in the search box. You will then see if your dress has been shipped and your tracking information. Pricing questions

All prices for our dresses as shown on our website are in US dollars (USD). 2. What payment options do you accept? We accept all major credit cards and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) thru Paypal. We also accept money orders and personal checks. Personal checks will have a ten day hold, while we wait for your bank’s approval before we process your order. 3. Do I have to pay Sales Tax? We only charge sales tax in the state of California. (For some countries (especially islands), shipping time may be dramatically longer.) 2. How will my order be shipped? We offer several different delivery methods: EMS, USPS Priority (domestic and International), TNT, etc. (What is EMS shipping? It will come via USPS and you can enter your EMS tracking number onto the www.usps.com website to track as well as www.ems.com.cn – What is TNT shipping? It is a service. It is used a lot in Europe for shipping packages. Which shipping methods we use, will depend on your order and where you are located. Nevertheless, all of our shipping methods have tracking numbers and are traceable. Please note: A signature will be needed to accept our packages. 3. Where are your dresses shipped from? Made-to-Measure dresses are shipped from our distributor’s partners in China. Please be assured that you will receive your dress, safe and secure, within the stated time frame for your order. 4. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide except for some rural islands. We always add new destinations as our customer base grows. So if your country is not on our list, please contact us. The majority of our orders come from the United States and Canada. 5. How long does it take to get my new dress? The expected wait time is about two to three weeks after payment has cleared AND your order has been confirmed by PromDressUniverse.com. If you live a rural area your delivery time could take longer. Please make sure to order well in advance for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. 6. Do you charge custom duties on International packages? We do not charge custom duties (tariffs) when shipping our packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of tax regulations in your country. We have no way of calculating how much these fees could be, should they occur. We are not responsible for those charges. We do not accept returns from customers who reside in countries who charge customs fees. 7. How can I get a tracking number for my package(s)? Please go to Contact Us and ask us.
