4. Privacy Policy Privacy is taken very seriously at PDU. Our Privacy Policy is simple: We will not provide, rent, or make available in any way our customer information to any parties outside of PDU. All customer information is stored off-line in an encrypted format within a secure data environment. No personally identifiable information is collected on our site visitors. 5. Exchange, Return and Refund Policy. All Standard Size dresses purchased from PDU’s website are returnable for an exchange or refund within three (3) days of receipt for any reason. PDU’s customers will be charged a $25.00 re-stocking fee for all Standard Size dresses that are returned to PDU. Made-to-Measure dresses purchased from PDU’s website are not returnable unless the dress was received in a damaged condition by PDU’s customer. Customers who want to make a claim for damaged dress(es) must notify PDU within three (3) days after the date that the damaged dress was received. 6. Credit Card Fraud. All requests to negate fraudulent credit card charges or fraudulent claims charges are investigated by PDU’s technical department and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of an unauthorized card usage, PDU will report your claim to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services and put negative information on your credit report. Possible criminal charges may be filed against you.
